What the final terms should cover
The approved terms should identify the contracting entity and cover account eligibility, subscriptions, permitted use, customer responsibilities, availability, intellectual property, termination and applicable Australian law.
Operational information
DayNext supports practical project planning and decision-making. The final terms should make clear that customers remain responsible for verifying project, financial, property and due-diligence information before acting on it.
Third-party services
Optional connections such as Xero and public-data sources remain subject to their own availability and terms. DayNext should not promise coverage or accuracy beyond the product’s supported checks.
Pricing and changes
Pricing shown on the current marketing site is a launch proposal, not an approved public offer. Final pricing, billing and change terms must be confirmed before launch.
