DayNext is operated by In Time Management PTY LTD (ABN 77 679 463 417), Australia ("DayNext", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms apply to the DayNext website, application, Chrome extension and related services. By creating an account or using DayNext, you agree to these terms.
Who may use DayNext
DayNext is intended for adults using it for business and project-management purposes. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and ensure that anyone using your account or workspace follows these terms. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
The DayNext service
DayNext provides project, planning, property, item, finance and connected-service workflows. Features may change as the product develops. We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, and will try to give reasonable notice of a material change that significantly reduces a paid service.
Your decisions and responsibilities
DayNext helps organise information and support decisions, but it does not provide financial, accounting, legal, building, planning, valuation, engineering, insurance or investment advice. Property data, calculations, public-data checks and estimates can be incomplete or become outdated. You remain responsible for checking information, obtaining appropriate professional advice and deciding whether to act.
You are responsible for having the right to enter, upload, connect or import information into DayNext and for using that information lawfully.
Subscriptions, trials and billing
DayNext offers two plans. Projects is $19 AUD per month or $190 AUD per year. Projects + Properties is $25 AUD per month or $250 AUD per year and includes the specialist Properties workspace, import and Property-to-Project features. Current prices and inclusions are also shown on the DayNext pricing page.
A 14-day trial is available for the plan selected during registration. Unless you choose and confirm a paid subscription, paid billing does not begin automatically. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled.
You can manage payment details, plan changes and cancellation through DayNext Billing and the Stripe billing portal. Stripe may apply a prorated adjustment when a plan changes during a billing period; the applicable amount is shown through the billing flow. Downgrading from Projects + Properties does not delete saved Property records, but normal access to those records and property tools is removed until the plan is upgraded again.
Cancellation normally prevents a further renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period, subject to the option shown in the billing portal. Failed or overdue payments may temporarily restrict the ability to change workspace data after any displayed grace period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable merely because you stop using DayNext part-way through a billing period.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Contact support@daynext.au if you need help with billing, cancellation or a payment concern.
Your information
You retain ownership of the information you enter or intentionally import. You give DayNext permission to host, process, back up and display it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Chrome extension
The DayNext Property Import extension works when you activate it on a supported individual realestate.com.au listing. It sends the selected listing information to your DayNext workspace for review and does not automatically save a property. You must use the extension only on supported pages and in accordance with applicable law and third-party website terms.
Xero and other third-party services
You may choose to connect services such as Xero or Stripe. Those services are operated by third parties and remain subject to their own terms, privacy practices, availability and account permissions. DayNext is not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control. You may disconnect optional integrations using the available DayNext or provider controls.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse DayNext or help anyone else to do so. This includes attempting unauthorised access, interfering with security or availability, introducing malicious code, using the service unlawfully, infringing another person's rights, probing other users' data, bypassing usage controls, or using automated access that we have not approved.
DayNext intellectual property
DayNext and its software, branding, designs and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account is authorised. They do not transfer ownership of DayNext intellectual property to you.
Availability and security
We use reasonable care to operate and secure DayNext, but no online service is always available or error-free. Maintenance, internet failures, provider outages or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. Please keep independent copies of information you must retain for legal, accounting or operational purposes.
Suspension and ending access
You may stop using DayNext or cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, respond to unlawful activity, address a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or deal with unpaid fees. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DayNext is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss resulting from decisions made using unverified property, project, financial or third-party information. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply to rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. We will publish the current version here and give reasonable notice of a material change where appropriate. Continuing to use DayNext after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applying in Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
