Contact support
Email support@daynext.au and include a short description of what happened and the page or feature you were using. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.
Never email your password, payment-card details, Xero tokens, Chrome extension credential or other secret values. DayNext support will not ask you for them.
Login and password help
Use Sign in to access your workspace. If you cannot remember your password, use the password-reset link on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions. Email support@daynext.au if the message does not arrive or you cannot access the email address connected to your account.
Billing and cancellation
Open Billing in DayNext to view your current plan, start a subscription, or change between Projects and Projects + Properties. Existing customers can choose Manage billing in Stripe to update payment details, view Stripe billing documents or manage cancellation. For billing, cancellation or access questions, email support@daynext.au. Your rights under applicable Australian consumer law are not excluded.
Chrome extension help
In DayNext Settings, install the DayNext Property Import extension and choose Connect extension. Enter the short pairing code in the extension, then open a supported individual realestate.com.au property listing and choose Send this property to DayNext. DayNext opens a review screen before anything is saved.
If the extension reports that it is disconnected or its credential has expired, disconnect it in DayNext Settings and pair it again. For persistent problems, email support@daynext.au.
Xero help
Connect Xero from DayNext Settings and authorise the intended organisation. Xero synchronisation runs when you choose Sync now; DayNext does not write accounting transactions back to Xero. If reconnecting or synchronising fails, include the safe error message shown on screen when you email support@daynext.au.
Product and workspace help
For questions about Projects, starter Templates, Planner, Items, Finance, Properties or Settings, tell us what you were trying to do and the result you expected. Signed-in customers can also use Help in DayNext to open the FAQ, contact support or compose feedback. Do not send customer records or sensitive financial details unless they are genuinely necessary to investigate the issue.
