Request deletion of your account and associated data
Email info@daynext.au with the subject DayNext account and data deletion request. You can do this whether or not you can sign in, and you do not need to use the account button first. Send the request from your account email if possible. We will verify that you control the account before making changes. Do not email your password or payment details.
Request deletion of specific data while keeping your account
Email info@daynext.au with the subject DayNext data deletion request and describe the data you want removed. We will verify your identity, review the request and explain any records we must retain. You can make this request without deleting your account.
What is deleted or retained
The in-account button disables access and removes your name and email from the active login record. It does not automatically erase existing project, property, task, item, financial, billing, security and audit records. An email request for account and data deletion also asks us to delete data associated with your account, subject to the retention reasons below.
We may need to retain certain business, billing, security, audit or backup records for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or recovery purposes. Retention varies by record and backup cycle; we will explain any applicable additional retention period in our response to your request. When information is no longer reasonably required, we delete or de-identify it subject to those obligations. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
